What District Seal is
District Seal is a Software-as-a-Service platform for electronic document signing with biometric signer identity verification. Unlike conventional e-signature tools that verify only that an email link was opened, District Seal verifies that a specific, physically present human being signed the document.
The platform produces a sealed PDF certificate containing a SHA-256 document hash, a full forensic event timeline, the verified signer identity record, and a public verification URL that any third party can check without an account.
